MyInsights - Field Service App 1.3.1

The MyInsights application developed by Toyota Material Handling is a sophisticated telematics tool designed specifically for Field Service Technicians managing forklifts and trucks. This application utilizes Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology to facilitate seamless connectivity with telematics devices.

MyInsights features a user-friendly interface that presents information in a clear and organized manner, enabling technicians to efficiently execute various tasks related to both the vehicle and the telematics device. The application supports a range of functionalities, including:

• Searching for sites and forklifts/trucks within a specific site to establish vehicle-device pairing.
• Accessing detailed site information, including Site Name, Site ID, and Site Address.
• Retrieving comprehensive details regarding the vehicle and telematics device, such as Vehicle Model, Vehicle Serial Number, Manufacturer, Device Serial Number, and Device Wi-Fi MAC Address.
• Pairing and unpairing vehicles with telematics devices.
• Diagnosing issues related to both the vehicle and the telematics device.
• Reviewing active and resolved telematics errors.
• Monitoring active and resolved vehicle errors.
• Rebooting the telematics device.
• Executing a factory reset of the device.

The application is available in three languages—English, French Canadian, and Spanish—providing users with the flexibility to select their preferred language for an enhanced user experience.
